Ivan L. Shinkey, 20, Sheffield, was arrested for aggravated discharge of a firearm, aggravated reckless discharge of a firearm, unlawful possession of a weapon and ammo, and criminal trespass to railroad property following a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 500 block of East Seventh Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail. Also arrested was a 16-year-old male for aggravated battery. Gage A. Peed, 20, Kewanee, was arrested for mob action and aggravated battery; Savanna R. Merritt, 21, Kewanee, and Savannah M. Ensley, 18, Kewanee, were both arrested for battery. All were issued notices to appear.
