William T. Eilts, 47, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Cole Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Alexis C. Penaflor, 29, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of a firearm without a FOID and defaced serial number on a firearm following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Fischer Avenue. She was given a notice to appear.
