Spencer J. Beck, 25, Davenport, Iowa, was cited for driving with expired registration. He was issued a notice to appear.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East South Street.

April L. Merritt, 43, Kewanee, was arrested in the 200 block of South Maple Avenue on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for a pretrial hearing for possession of methamphetamine. She was taken to the Henry County Jail.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at 10th and Walnut streets.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of South Washington Street.

Police conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Franklin Street. A warning was issued.

John C. Beaman, 58, Kewanee, was cited for no valid registration following a traffic stop at Commercial and Grove streets.

A suspicious vehicle and reckless driving were reported at Maple Avenue and Pleasant Street.

Theft was reported in the 600 block of East Sixth Street.

Suspicious activity was reported in the 1100 block of Lake Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal sexual abuse in the 200 block of East Central Boulevard.

A vehicle operated by Carla L. Hillman, 70, Kewanee, struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Chloe P. Behnke, 20, Kewanee, in the 700 block of Willow Street. No injuries or citations were reported.

Police responded to a report of criminal sexual abuse where the victim was unable to understand/consent in the 600 block of East Church Street.

Tomas Jimenez-Saldivar, 22, Kewanee, was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle, DUI, no valid driver’s license, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. He was issued a notice to appear in court.
