Jacqueline M. Frisby, 48, Toulon, was arrested in the 500 block of South Main Street on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear. She was given a notice to appear.

Dylan L. Mack, 23, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery and interference with reporting of domestic violence following a report of domestic battery in the 700 block of East Eighth Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
