Police responded to a report of a damage-only traffic accident in the 1200 block of East Third Street.

A complaint of battery was made in the 1000 block of West South Street.

Megan B. Carter, 32, Kewanee, was arrested in the 300 block of East Prospect Street on a Bureau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and DUI. She was transported to the Bureau County Jail. She was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Franklin Street.

A traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Wendy M. Swearingen, 42, Galva, and Logan P. Songer, 22, Tuscarawas, Ohio, was reported in the 300 block of Tenney Street. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

A damage-only traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Autumn M. Meeker, 40, Kewanee, and Hailey C. Westefer, 21, Kewanee, was reported in the 300 block of Tenney Street. No injuries were reported. Meeker was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle. She was given a notice to appear.
