Kirk A. Vandesampel, 45, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for intimidation, cyberstalking, and harassment through electronic communication following an in-state warrant in the 1000 block of North Vine Street. No bond was posted. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
