Jason E. Charlet, 36, Kewanee, was arrested for unlawful parenting time interference and was issued a notice to appear after a civil complaint/custody violation was reported in the 400 Block of East Third Street.

Brandon M. Magnussen, 52, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for reckless driving and reckless conduct after police responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of Payson Street. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.

Marchell D. Russell, 35, Kewanee, was arrested for driving while license revoked after a traffic stop at Fifth Street and Prairie Avenue. He was given a notice to appear.

A suspicious noise was reported in the 600 block of North Elm Street.
