Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 400 block of East Prospect Street.

Amanda S. Lindhorst, 61, Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear for allowing a dog to run at large following a report of an animal at large in the 900 block of North Burr Boulevard.

Carl L. Klein, 66, Kewanee, was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license and operating a vehicle with suspended plates following a traffic stop in the 400 block of East Third Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, telephone threat in the 100 block of East Seventh Street.

Christopher L. Mowbray, 45, Kewanee, was arrested for battery following a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 500 block of South Main Street. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal at large was impounded in the 900 block of North Tremont Street.

Brianna R. Phelps-Purdy, 18, Kewanee, was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and resisting a peace officer following a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 1000 block of North Main Street. She was given a notice to appear. Eric C. Eagelston, 24, Kewanee, was arrested for a LaSalle County warrant for failure to appear for aggravated DUI. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
