Emma G. Cooper, 21, Kewanee, was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and no seat belt following a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Main Street. She was given a notice to appear. Sierra B. Quinn, 28, Kewanee, was cited for no seat belt. She was given a notice to appear.

Saul S. Zamadio-Rosendiz, 32, Kewanee, was issued a citation for no seat belt by passenger following a traffic stop at Second and Main streets. He was given a notice to appear. Jose A. Banderas Hernandez, 33, Kewanee, was cited for no seat belt. A 16-year-old male was cited for no valid driver’s license. He was given a notice to appear.

Frances A. Wheeler, 71, Kewanee, was cited for no seat belt following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Second Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Patricia A. Arnold, 53, Kewanee, was cited for failure to secure a passenger 8-16 following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Second Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Sheila M. Bickett, 53, Kewanee, was issued a citation for no seat belt following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Second Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Keegan J. Bohnsack, 18, Taylor Ridge, was cited for illegal cell phone use following a traffic stop in the 100 block of West First Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Kenneth J. Entas, 74, Kewanee, was cited for no seat belt following a traffic stop in the 200 block of North Main Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Isaias Villanueva, 51, Kewanee, was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license following a traffic stop at Central Boulevard and Tremont Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Rachel L. Knott, 34, Kewanee, was arrested for battery and domestic battery following a report of a disturbance in the 500 block of East Fifth Street. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Collin J. Mahmesmith, 19, Kewanee, was arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor following a report of a disturbance, neighborhood trouble in the 300 block of Willard Street. He was given a notice to appear. A 17-year-old male was arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was given a juvenile referral.

Courtney R. Gordon, 42, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for guardian allowing truancy following an in-state warrant in the 300 block of East Tenth Street. She was transported to Henry County Jail.

Louis A. Verway, 36, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Beach Street South. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Cali J. Tuttle, 33, Kewanee, was arrested for adult use cannabis in motor vehicle following a traffic complaint at Illinois Highway 81 and County Highway 5. She was given a notice to appear.

Shannon L. Lanxon, 53, Kewanee, and Deann A. Lanxon, 39, Kewanee, were both cited for no seat belts following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Second Street. They were given notices to appear.

Vincent A. Perez, 27, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery and aggravated battery following a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 800 block of Lake Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Juan P. Rivera, 21, Kewanee, was arrested for a Stark County warrant for failure to appear for driving suspended following a report of an assist- HCSO at Central Boulevard and Chestnut Street. He was given a notice to appear.

A 17-year-old female was issued a citation for failure to wear seat belt by passenger following a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Main Street. She was given a notice to appear. Aaliyah N. Rupp, 19, Kewanee, was issued a citation for failure to wear seat belt by driver. She was given a notice to appear.

Brendan T. Cotes, 30, West Peoria, was issued a citation for failure to wear seat belt by passenger following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Second Street. He was given a notice to appear.

A vehicle driven by Heather L. Jontz, 49, Kewanee, struck a vehicle owned by Elizabeth Sabella, 34, Kewanee, following a report of a hit and run accident in the 300 block of Roosevelt Avenue. No injuries were reported. Jontz was issued citations for leaving the scene of vehicle damage and improper backing. She was given a notice to appear.

Victor K. Fredrickson, 64, Sealy, Texas, was arrested for DUI, DUI over .08, failure to dim headlights and illegal transportation of alcohol following a traffic stop in the 700 block of South Main Street. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal at large was reported at East and Prospect streets.

An animal was impounded in the 300 block of East Church Street.

Nicholas M. Garcia, 33, Neponset, was arrested for criminal damage to property following a report of criminal damage to property in the 700 block of North Elm Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Dhnae Jackson, 24, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Roosevelt Avenue. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.
