Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Matthew A. Hammons, 40, Kewanee, was arrested for a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing or delivery of fentanyl, driver’s license expired, forgery, theft, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle following a report of an in-state warrant in the 100 block of East South Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail. He was also arrested for retail theft.

Carl S. Hansen, 38, Kewanee, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance, neighborhood trouble in the 600 block of Willow Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Analiece D. Dunn, 24, Kewanee, was cited for expired registration following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Garfield Street. She was given a notice to appear.
