The Kewanee bowling team recently had dual meets against United Township and Ottawa. In Tuesday’s competition with UT, the Boiler Girls fell by a score of 2585-1907. Against Ottawa, the Boiler Girls lost by a score of 2749-1946. 

United Township

Kristina Armstrong recorded the high single game for the Boilers Girls of 177 and high 3-game series of 501. In the JV meet, Riley McClimons bowled a game-high 151. In varsity play, Amy Entas had a personal best of 148. 

Kloey Miner of United Township had a series high of 526.

Also scoring for the Boiler Girls were Amy Entas with 355, Marcedes Williams 271, Kelsey Dalton with 269, Alyssa Manella 194 (two games), Jasmine Burhans 89 (single game), Miranda Lucas 84 (single game), Kristina Quanstrom 75 (single game) and Taylor Young 69 (single game). 

Ottawa

Armstrong led the Boiler Girls with a 3-game series total of 441. Marcedes Williams tallied 334, Amy Entas had 317, Riley McClimons 299, Kristina Quanstrom 280, Taylor Young 197 (two games) and a Kelsey Dalton 78 (single game). 

Rock Island Invitational

Armstrong bowled a high 6-game series of 845 for Kewanee. Entas followed with 723, Daulton 549, Williams 487 and Lucas 481.
