After responding to a complaint of a domestic disturbance early Thursday morning in the 600 block of Franklin Street, police cited Lucinda K. Dengler, 44, of Kewanee, for failure to inoculate a pet. She was issued a notice to appear.

A disturbance was handled, with no arrests, early Thursday in the 400 block of South Vine Street.

Police were called to the 200 block of South Vine Street on a complaint of a battery Thursday morning. Nicole M. Evans, 50, of Kewanee, was cited for interfering with emergency communications. She was issued a notice to appear.

A domestic-disturbance complaint was handled in the 500 block of Beach Street South. No arrests were made.

A complaint of disturbing the peace was received from the 600 block of East Third Street. There were no arrests.

Police were called to a disturbance Thursday night in the 800 block of Franklin Street. There were no arrests.
