At our house after the holidays, sweet treats are a rare find, but there’s one exception: granola bars. Over the years, I’ve at times replaced the store-bought versions with a homemade favorite—Quick Protein Bites.
These no-bake, bite-sized snacks are not only delicious but also packed with protein to keep you feeling fuller longer. If you’re a fan of granola bars or protein bars, you’ll love this wholesome alternative.
One of the best things about these protein bites is their simplicity. With just a few ingredients that can easily be kept on hand, they are quick and easy to put together. These can stay fresh for up to four weeks when stored in the fridge. They can even be frozen for up to six months.

We’re always looking for ways to reduce processed foods in our diet, and this recipe does just that. The natural ingredients, like oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup, provide a healthier option while still feeling like a treat.
Quick Protein Bites are great for breakfast, a mid-afternoon snack, or for something sweet after dinner. The mini M&Ms or chocolate chips add just the right amount of sweetness, but you can customize them to your liking with dried cranberries, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts.

These bites are a hit with kids and adults alike. From our kitchen to yours — enjoy!
