There are recipes out there that I’ve never made, but always enjoyed. The recipe this week is one of those. We attended a graduation party in May that had a lot of delicious food, but this dessert stood out to me as something I wanted to know how to make, so I asked for the recipe.

Oreo Cookie Fluff is a rich, no-bake dessert with a creamy texture and just the right amount of crunch.

It starts with a silky vanilla pudding made with whole milk, giving it a smooth and comforting base. Crushed Oreo cookies add the perfect chocolaty sweetness, along with a bit of texture that balances the softness of the pudding. Then, Cool Whip is gently folded in to lighten it all up and add even more creaminess. The end result is a dessert that is sweet, cool, and so satisfying.

What I love about this recipe is how easy it is to prepare. You don’t need an oven or any special equipment, just a few simple ingredients and a little time to chill. It’s perfect for potlucks, picnics, family gatherings or really any occasion that calls for a dessert that pleases a crowd. Kids and adults alike will love the familiar flavors and fluffy texture.

From the graduation party to you — enjoy!

Oreo Cookie Fluff

Serves 12

Ingredients:

1 large package instant vanilla pudding

3 c. whole milk

1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip (extra creamy or regular)

1 family size package Oreo cookies (regular, not double stuffed)

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with the whole milk until smooth and slightly thickened. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to fully set.

Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined and fluffy.

Crush the Oreo cookies (place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin). Leave a few larger chunks for texture.

Fold the crushed Oreos into the pudding mixture, saving a handful for garnish if desired.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
