Creamy Crock-Pot Macaroni & Cheese
Serves 8
16 oz. elbow macaroni
6 T. butter
12 oz. can evaporated milk
2 c. half and half
16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
Shred sharp cheddar cheese (if not already shredded). Cube butter and Velveeta.
Boil the noodles to al dente, drain, and add to the crock pot. Add butter cubes and stir with the noodles until melted.
Stir in evaporated milk, half and half, 3/4 of the sharp cheddar and all of the Velveeta, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for two hours. Before serving, sprinkle remaining cheese on top and allow it to melt.
