
The Flying Geese suffered a 66-47 loss to the Brimfield Indians Tuesday night at Wethersfield Gym.
Brimfield sharpshooter, Drew Kieser, lit up the scoreboard for 37 points and 27 of those points came from beyond the 3-point arc.
He hit five of his nine 3-point shots in the first quarter, scoring 15 of Brimfield’s 19 points. He went on to score 23 points in the first half.
Brimfield had a 19-12 first quarter cushion and extended the lead to 12 points at the half at 36-24. Wethersfield’s Landon Sauer scored six points in the first quarter to help keep the Geese within reach.

The Indians continued to pull away in the third quarter and led 54-37. Kieser tacked on another 14 points in the second half, while Cashtin Rash scored five fourth quarter points for the Geese.
Sauer and Rash each scored 11 points for Wethersfield.
The Geese are now 4-5 on the season and Brimfield is 3-7.
