On Tuesday night, the seventh grade volleyball team beat ROWVA in the regional semifinals. Here’s the rundown of the game.
Starting on the first set, the Geese had great serves, allowing them to take the lead with 15-1.
ROWVA struggled to stop the Geese’s momentum as they pulled away, and the Geese continued to stay strong with powerful hits and teamwork.
The Geese won the first set 25-5.

The energy and momentum didn’t stop there. ROWVA started with serving the second set, hoping to get a head start against the Geese. But the Geese answered back, gaining possession of the ball on the first point.
The Geese again started to pull ahead, making the score 8-1. ROWVA wasn’t ever able to recover the lead, and the final score was 25-4 Geese.
After the results of the Princeville vs. Bureau Valley game, the Geese will play Princeville at 5:30 on Thursday. This will be the Regional Championship game.
