The Tigers jumped out to a 15-8 first-quarter lead, hitting three three-pointers in the quarter.
Behind 14 second-quarter points from Jack Hatlestad, Sherrard went into the locker room with a 36-24 halftime lead.
Sherrard’s Rylan Carton scored 11 of his 14 points in the third quarter and the home team scored 31 third-quarter points, pulling away to a 65-37 lead.
Carter Brown led Sherrard with 15 points. Hatlestad and Carton had 14 each.
Landon Sauer was Wethersfield’s top scorer with 10, with Dillon Horrie and Kellan Keane each adding 9.
The loss leaves the Geese at 3-3 on the season.
