The second half is when the game began to get interesting. Both the Thunder and the Geese were scoring back and forth, taking turns being ahead. The third period ended with a much closer lead by the Geese with 45-40.

The auditorium erupted in shouts and cheers as the fourth period progressed. Each team was taking their shots, making their shots, and up just one point each time.

The Geese held a lead until the final 35 seconds of the game. Between free throws and layups made by the Thunder, the Geese faced an unfortunate loss, with a final score of 54-60.
