Heather St Clair, 29, Kewanee, was arrested for theft under $500 after police responded to a verbal domestic disturbance in the 100 block of NE 9th Street. She was released with a required court date.

Police assisted a citizen who lost a wheel at the intersection of SW 4th Avenue and SW 4th Street.

Police responded to a complaint of juveniles revving engines and reckless driving in the 300 block of NW 4th Avenue.

Joel Garcia, 23, Monmouth, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration was suspended for mandatory insurance and operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop in the 400 block of South Center Avenue. He was released with a required court date.
