Lin Ebbert, 44, Annawan, was issued a citation for speeding in the 900 block of North Center Avenue.
Jan. 27:
Police responded to a 9-1-1 hang up in the 600 block of SE 2nd Street. It was determined to be an accidental misdial.
Police assisted Stark County Medic by driving the ambulance to a local hospital during a medical emergency on Trolley Road.
Police responded to an activated burglar alarm in the 200 block of SW 2nd Avenue. It was determined to be a false alarm.
Police responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint in the 800 block of NW 3rd Avenue. The officer spoke to a subject who confirmed they had permission to be there.
Michael Guerrero, 33, Kewanee, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration was suspended for mandatory insurance following a traffic stop in the 300 block of SE 2nd Street. He was released with a required court date.
Police assisted a subject who appeared to be suffering from a mental health crisis in the 300 block of SW 3rd Street.
Jan. 28:
Police responded to an attempted scam complaint in the 700 block of NW 5th Avenue.
Police from several agencies conducted a search warrant on a residence in the 200 block of SW 6th Street.

Police assisted a business in the 1200 block of NW 3rd Avenue.
Police responded to a loose dog complaint in the 500 block of West Division Street. The officer was not able to locate the animal.
Police responded to a 9-1-1 hang up in the 700 block of NW 2nd Street. It was determined to be a misdial.
Cameron Saline, 19, Rio, Ill., was issued a citation for speeding in the 1000 block of SE 2nd Street.

Police responded to a crossing arm malfunction at the NE 6th Avenue railroad tracks. BNSF was contacted for repairs.
Police responded to a telephone harassment complaint in the 600 block of NW 7th Street.
Police conducted a welfare check at a residence on NE 6th Avenue. The resident was located in a local hospital.
Police responded to a verbal domestic disturbance in the 400 block of SW 3rd Avenue
Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of SW 2nd Street. A subject needed directions, which were provided.
Jan. 31:
Police responded to a 9-1-1 hang up in the 00 block of SW 4th Street. The owner was updating a cell phone and accidentally called.
Police responded to a report of reckless driving at the east edge of town. The suspect vehicle was located, but no violations were observed.
Police responded to a 9-1-1 hang up in the 500 block of SW 3rd Avenue. It was determined to be a child playing with a phone.
Police responded to a report of a suicidal subject who had made threats to a friend over the phone at a residence on NE 9th Street. The officer was able to contact the suspect by phone, but they denied being in the Galva area.
Feb. 1:
Police met with a subject at the Galva Police Department to update their annual sex offender registration. A completed copy was emailed to Henry County for LEADS entry.
Police responded to a telephone harassment complaint in the 100 block of SW 4th Street.
Police spoke with a walk-in complainant at the Galva Police Department about a neighbor dispute/harassment.
