Crossroads Cultural Connections is inviting the community to an evening of live music with Dawson Hollow on Friday, April 17 at Bishop Hill Creative Commons at 309 North Bishop Hill Street.

Formed in 2016, Dawson Hollow is an American indie-folk-rock band made up of five siblings who have been writing, performing and touring together for over two decades. Based in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri, the group has built a dedicated following through their renowned high-energy performances, heartfelt songwriting and unmistakable five-part blood harmonies.

The band has collectively performed more than 3,000 live shows, bringing their music to audiences across the country, and has amassed millions of streams on Spotify. Their growing presence has also led to features such as contributing music to The Chosen’s 2021 Christmas special. Dawson Hollow continues to evolve, recently releasing their third full-length album, Pixelated Haze.

Presented by Crossroads Cultural Connections, this concert continues the organization’s mission of bringing high-quality live music and cultural experiences to Henry County and surrounding communities.

The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with an optional potluck dinner, offering guests a chance to gather and connect before the performance. Attendees are welcome to bring a dish to share if they wish to participate. The concert will begin at 7 p.m.

The event is open to all ages, with a suggested donation of $20–$30, all of which goes directly to the performers, supporting artists and sustaining live music.
