The Kewanee Boilermakers softball team celebrated their senior night during a home game against Hall on Thursday. They handily defeated Hall in a lopsided four innings with a score of 15-0. Four seniors, Marissa Stevens, McKensey Stontz, Makaela Salisbury, and Ava LaFollette, were honored at the game.

Seniors LaFollette and Salisbury took to the mound for two innings each and combined for a no hitter on senior night. LaFollette started on the mound and struck out six batters in her outing. Salisbury came into the game in the third inning and struck out three batters.

The Boilermakers outhit Hall 7-0. Hope Peed led the team with two hits and two RBIs. Stevens had one hit and two RBIs. Salisbury and Kalleigh Gale had one hit and one RBI each. LaFollette and Hannah Tiska each added one hit.
