A photo and video of the solar eclipse were taken by Tom Hernandez and submitted to The Kewanee Voice.

On Monday, April 8, M&M members from the First United Methodist Church enjoyed an eclipse viewing party from the vantage point of the church parking lot. Dave Kooi provided The Kewanee Voice with some photos from the day.

And over at Community State Bank, from bank locations in both Galva and the Tenney Street building, solar productivity graphs were recorded during the event from the rooftop solar arrays on the office buildings and submitted to The Kewanee Voice by Chanda Dowell.

The two graphs appear to show an abrupt drop off in solar productivity at the time of the eclipse.
