
On Wednesday, the Titans hosted a fresh-soph meet at their home track.
Competing were Annawan-Wethersfield , Elmwood, Farmington, Monmouth United, Mercer County, Orion, Monmouth-Roseville, Sherrard and ROWVA-Williamsfield.
The AW boys took second place and the girls took third.
Team scores for the boys teams were: Mercer County first, 100.5 points; Annawan-Wethersfield second, 94; Monmouth-Roseville 83, Sherrard 80.5, Elmwood 71.5 points, Farmington 54 points, Orion 25 points and United 12.5.
The final scores for the girls’ were: Elmwood in first with 69 points; ROWVA-Williamsfield 67.5 points, Annawan-Wethersfield 58.6, Mercer Country 28, Monmouth-Roseville 8 and Farmington 1.
For both boys’ and girls’ events, the Titans took home multiple first places:
In running events, Jorrie Miskinis won the 200m dash with a time of 29.11, Kyleigh Anderson won the 400m dash with a time of 1:02:.15, the 4×4 relay with Kyleigh Anderson, Abigail Carman, Jordan Nelson, and Lucy Landwehr took first place with a time of. 4:22.14 and the 4×4 relay with Adrian Cepeda, Miles Wied, Bennet Sierens, and Xavier Landwehr took first with a time of 3:57.58

For field events, Kyra Galbraith won triple jump with a jump of 8.81 meters and Kyleigh Anderson won high jump with a height of 4’11.75
The Titans were extremely successful in the rest of the evening as well.
In the boys 100m dash, Alejandro Garcia took ninth with a time of 12.55, Wyatt Whitmer took 21st with a time of 13.13 and Carter Sanudo took 26th with a time of 14.22
For the girls, Aryana Russell took eighth and Josie Hakes took 10th.
In the 200m dash, Wyatt Whitmer took 19 at 27.28, Adam Scott took 21 at 28.29 and Carter Sanudo took 22 in 29.83.
In the 400m dash, Miles Wied took fifth at 58.53, Bennet Sierens took 12th in 1:01.25, George Hansen took 18 in 1:07.66 and Jordan Nelson took second with a time of 1:05.55.
In the 800m, Alex Attig took third in 2:20.40, Tyler Finn took sixth in 2:27.72, Payshon Shrum took 12th in 2:33.76 and Kayleigh Hampton took fourth in 3:45.05.
In the 1,600, Tyler Finn took fifth in 5:27.39, Alex Attig took ninth in 5:40.37 and Payshon Shrum took 10th in 5:44.58
Max Birdsong took second in both the 110m hurdles and the 300m hurdles with times of 20.76 in the 110 and 47.53 in the 300.
The boys’ 4×100 relay with Alejandro Garcia, Adrian Cepeda, Kayden Gearhart and Lucian Steele took third place with a time of 48.55.
The girls’ 4×100 relay with Kyra Galbraith, Emmy Thompson, Alianna Martinez and Jorrie Miskinis took third place with a time of 55.90.
The boys’ 4×100 relay with Alejandro Garcia, Xavier Landwehr, Kayden Gearhart and Lucian Steele took third place in 1:42.82
The girls’ 4×200 relay with Kyra Galbraith, Abigail Carman, Lucy Landwehr, and Jorrie Miskinis took second place in 1:54.67
The boys’ 4×800 relay with Tyler Finn, Alex Attig, Payson Shrum and Jordin Draper took second place in 10:09.20.
In pole vault, Bennet Sierens took second at 10’6, Miles Wied took fourth at of 9’6, Xavier Landwehr took sixth at of 7’6, Jordin Draper took ninth at 6’6, Abigail Carman was second at 8’6 and Lucy Landwehr was third at 7’0
In high jump, Max Birdsong took sixth at 4’11.75 and Jordan Nelson took second.
In the long jump, Kayden Gearhart took second with 5.25m, Carter Sanudo took 13th with 4.44m and Josie Hakes was fifth.
In triple jump, Max Birdsong took sixth with 9.87m.
In discus, Caleb Neuleib took eighth, Mason Birdsong took 20th and Adelyn Segura took sixth.
For shot put, Caleb Neuleib took 13th, Mason Birdsong was 19th and Adelyn Segura took fifth.
