On Saturday, the Annawan-Wethersfield Titans boys ran at the 2025 IHSA Class 1A Sectionals meet at Saukie Golf Course, Rock Island. 

A-W senior Noah Feltner, who has had an outstanding final season, qualified for state next weekend. He ran a time of 16:13 and placed 20th overall.

Junior Cash Verstraete placed 60th with a time of 17:02

Junior Daylon Hendirx placed 71st with a time of 17:18

Freshman Alex Attig placed 86th, achieving a new personal record with a time of 17:42

Freshman Tyler Finn placed 112th with a time of 18:16

Sophomore Payson Shrum placed 123rd with a time of 18:41

First place was Evan Knobloch from Stark County High School, with a time of 15:01.

Noah Feltner earned one of the seven spots for individual runners whose team did not qualify, and finished in the top 20 runners. He placed 20th. 

Overall, the AW Titans placed 11th with 304 total points.

Rockford Christian took the sectionals win with 57 total points.
